Femtocells create a cell of good quality coverage in your home for you to use your mobile phone. The HSL 2.75G Femtocell does this for 2G and 3G GSM subscribers.
A femtocell allows you to make and receive calls on your mobile phone or to send and receive SMS text messages. The femtocell connects to your Internet broadband router so to reach your mobile network operator. Fast data is also available for you to use email or the Internet from your mobile or smartphone.
A femtocell is great for you if you have poor coverage, or none at all, in or immediately around your home or office. Problems caused by poor coverage are resolved by the femtocell, allowing you to reliably use your mobile up to the range of the femtocell.
